From Old Vancouver to New Vancouver

Tony Wilson composes a soundtrack that, to me, lends an surreal air to this city portrait.  It is as if we viewers and visitors were dispassionate and time-warped, and the hustle and bustle of Vancouver were reduced to murmuring and slow motion.
